Questions about our classes
What members ask before their first session.
I've never done strength training. Can I still join a class?
Yes. Every class is coached by a qualified strength coach who adjusts the session and the load for your level. Beginners and experienced lifters train side by side.
How many people are in each class?
Classes are capped at twelve people, so the coach can watch your form and give you attention through the session.
What's the difference between a class and open gym?
Classes are coached and run to a set structure. Open gym gives you the floor and equipment to run your own session at your own pace, whenever it's open.
Do I need my own equipment or gear?
No. Come in gym clothes and we'll sort the rest. Everything you need for class or open gym is on site.
Can I try personal training before committing to a class?
Yes. Personal training is booked one-on-one with a coach and runs alongside classes and open gym, so you can mix and match.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 5:30am to 8pm, Saturday 7am to 12pm, at 14 Sydenham Rd, Marrickville.
