What is open gym?

Open gym is unstructured training time on our gym floor. You bring your own program and use the barbells, racks and space to train at your own pace, without a set class.

Is open gym coached?

No. Open gym is self-directed. For coaching, join a strength class, where every class is coached by a qualified strength coach and capped at twelve people, or book personal training.

When can I use the open gym floor?

Open gym runs within our normal hours: Monday to Friday 5:30am–8pm and Saturday 7am–12pm.

Do I need experience to use open gym?
